^ Annual spend is the Mighty Rewards Spend in a Membership Year and means 12 months from (a) the date the Customer Member joined Mighty Rewards or (b) the date that the Customer Member changed tiers, whichever date is the later, and each anniversary of such date. This period will determine for which Membership Tier a Customer Member qualifies.

You can visit the Mighty Rewards website and login with your details (you’ll find this info in the email you received when you signed up to the program or you can request these at the site). Alternatively, you can visit any of our Porters Mitre 10 stores and ask a staff member at our registers who can help you with these details.

You don’t need a physical card to earn or redeem points, our program allows us to look you up in the system. However, if you’d prefer to have a card, visit any of our Porters Mitre 10 stores and ask a staff member about issuing a replacement card. We’ll do a quick transfer of details and you’ll be set to go! *Please allow for up to 24hrs for the card to become active in our system. Points can still be earnt on your new card.

With the NEW Mighty Rewards program, we’ve made some changes to give you more choice and clarity on what you can earn and redeem online and in store. Some of these changes include:

From 19 March 2024, for every eligible $1 you spend in-store (be sure to present your reward card at checkout!) you’ll earn 1 point. For every 100 Mighty Dollars, you get $1 that can be redeemed online or in store.
Keep a look out for bonus Mighty Dollar offers that may appear from time to time. These deals will boost the amount of Mighty Dollars you earn from certain products.
Please note, Mighty Dollars are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. You also can’t use them to purchase a Gift Card.

Mighty Rewards is still Mighty Rewards. Even though we’ve changed how you earn and redeem points, all your old receipts can still be found by logging into your membership account online. From there, just check the ‘Invoices’ tab in your Mighty Rewards profile.
